To be eligible to win a Marriott Hotel ‘Cooking and dining with the Chef’
experience worth $1090 thanks to YOURLifeChoices and Marriott Hotels read the following :
Entry into the competition can be made by completing the Work Choices Lives survey on the YOURLifeChoices website, including answering the question “What is the future of retirement?” in 25 words or fewer and answering the question relating to the Marriott Hotel restaurants.
Conditions of entry:
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is limited to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 years except employees of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families.
3. The prize is final, not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or traded. Any unused portion of the prize is not redeemable in cash or in kind.

· Handsets are locked to the Crazy John’s network. A fee may apply to unlock.
· Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash.
· All costs associated with taking or using the Prize are the responsibility of the winner, and the Prize does not include connection to any mobile telephone service.
Terms and Conditions of $15 phone plan offer
· Available to approved customers who connect to the Crazy $15 Phone Plan for 24 months.
· Minimum monthly spend is $15 for the Crazy $15 Phone Plan and the minimum cost to the customer over 24 months is $360 plus any additional usage above the included call credit.
· Early Exit Fee of $7.50 x months left on the 24 month contract applies if not connected for 24 months.

6. The winner will be selected on August 4 2009 at the premises of Indigo Arch Publishing Pty Ltd. The major prize winner will be the person who supplies the most inspiring answer to the question “What is the future of retirement?” in 25 words or fewer.
7. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
8. You must include your name, email and state to enter the competition. Entering the competition also adds your details to the YOURLifeChoices.com subscriber list and you will receive regular eNewsletters, offers, promotions and useful hints and tips from YOURLifeChoices.
9. All prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable in full or in part. All travel must be booked at one time within three months of the competition draw date. Once flights have been booked and flight tickets are issued (including e-tickets) the winner is responsible for any costs associated with subsequent amendments or changes.
10. The prize winner will be contacted by the Promoter via email and telephone in the week commencing 8 August 2009 to the email address provided in the entry.

11. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into AboutSeniors database NOT time of transmission by the entrant.
12. Any costs in excess of the value of the Prize (including GST) are the responsibility of the winner. Excess amounts will be paid by the winner in full at the time of booking flights prior to tickets being issued.
13. Three (3) attempts over a 2 week period will be made to contact the prize winner. If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, the promoter will choose an alternative winner at Indigo Arch Publishing Pty Ltd.
