Simple exercise tips

Exercise is one of life’s necessary evils but it need not be a chore.

Incorporating exercise into your every day routine is the best way of getting feet and keeping fit.  There is not need for expensive gym memberships or equipment, just keeping mobile and active will be sufficient to keep you limber.  Why not try some of the following tips?:

1. Do something you enjoy – there is no point labouring away doing something you detest, keep it simple and fun.
2. Incorporate exercise into your routine – set aside a little time in your daily schedule, doesn’t need to be any more than 15 minutes.  Maybe walking to the shops or a few simple stretching exercises in the morning before your shower.
3. Use exercise to give you a kick start – a boost of endorphins which are released when you exercise will have you up and moving in no time
4. Don’t forget to warm up – if you’re going to try something more strenuous than a casual walk or swim, warm up your muscles with a few stretches to save any strains
5. Mix it up – exercise becomes boring when it’s repetitive – try something different every other day
