Brain training

10th Sep 2010

Exercise is a large factor in good health, for both the body and mind, and Brain Training, for the Nintendo DS system makes exercising the mind fun, competitive and simple.

Nintendo has been bringing games to households for over a decade and have released a number of brain training games for their newest hand held game system, the Nintendo DS. This system is extremely easy to use, and chances are, if you are navigated your way to reading this article, then you are more than capable of using the Nintendo DS system.

The first time you play the brain training game, it will record your scores from a series of tests and will determine your DS brain age. Once it has this, it will track your progression so you know how you are doing! This system is fun to use and is a great way to exercise your mind!

Watch a number of videos of people using the brain training software here.
