Centrelink reporting and payments

With the Australia Day holiday approaching, Department of Human Services offices will be closed and this may mean altered reporting and payment dates.

All offices and call centres will be closed on 27 January 2014.

You can access your details and lodge reports via myGov online accounts, Express Plus app and phone self-service on these dates. You should note that if you report via these means on a public holiday, you will not be paid until after the holiday.

Reporting arrangements

If you usually report by lodging forms, then you should do so on the dates below for the following payments:

  • Newstart Allowance
  • Austudy
  • Sickness Allowance
  • Widow Allowance
  • Special Benefit
