The HACC Program is a cost shared program between the Commonwealth and State and Territory governments. Through the program, funds are provided for services which support frail aged and younger disabled people to stay living at home. These services include Domicillary Nursing (eg Blue Care, Qld), Meals on Wheels, Homecare, and Respite Care.
