Midnight Oil to reform?

There are rumours that Aussie rock legends, Midnight Oil, will reform to play at the Live Earth concert being held in Sydney in June this year. The band will (hopefully) join 100 artists in a concert series that will span seven continents.

‘The Oils’ originally formed in 1976 and split in 2002. The last time the band performed live was during the Sound Relief concert in 2009 – an event that raised money for the victims of Victoria’s Black Saturday bushfire disaster.

Why not watch this video of their last live performance?
