Seniors Card goes trans-Tasman

Seniors Card goes trans-Tasman
A couple of weeks ago we reported that holders of Victorian Seniors Cards could use their Seniors Cards to obtains concessions in New Zealand. We have a good news update as this is available to all Australian Seniors Card holders.

Holders of Australian Seniors Cards will be able to access the same discounts as holders of New Zealand’s SuperGold cards, when travelling across the Tasman. This will not include state or nationally funded initiatives such as free public transport.

For details on which discounts are available, visit Supergold.gov.nz

Where else can you use your Seniors Card when travelling? Remember, interstate travel concessions are now available to all holders of Seniors Cards, no matter which state they were issued. For more information, click here.

And don’t forget to check out the savings on Great Southern Rail services for holders of Seniors Cards.
