Smokey Robinson turns 75

Smokey Robinson, the founder and front man of the Motown vocal group the Miracles, today turns 75. He was the chief songwriter and producer for the band, and though he announced his retirement from the stage in 1972, he soon returned as a solo artist, releasing the hit songs Cruisin’, Being With You and Just to See Her. Why not relive the iconic vocal styling of Smokey Robinson with this performance of Cruisin’ from 1979?
