never really considered Bees needing water, occasionally find a drowned Bee in dogs water bowl or In the Bird Bath though.

Lots of interesting stuff on that site.

Heaps of spam about but I can't be bothered getting rid of it he's faster than I am and I'm off to tea at daughter's.

I leave out water containers  for the wallabies. ......Birds, possums, bandicoots etc also drink from it.

In the hot dry weather I also note bees and wasps come in for a drink. But never noticed bees drowning as the article suggests.

Main thing with putting out water is to change it regularly to prevent mossies & cane toads breeding.

Thankfully we dont have Cane Toads ....yet. Dont envy you those little critters Gerry.
