Chair Aerobics

As a follow on from Jan's thread on Chair Dancing, I became aware of something similar only this week called Chair Aerobics.

Chair aerobics, like any aerobic workout, is designed to elevate your heart rate and keep it elevated for a set period of time. It helps build endurance and strengthen the heart.  So how do these aerobic workouts differ from a typical aerobic routine? Well they have similarities  and differences. The primary difference is that the participant remains seated throughout the workout when doing seated aerobics. The main similarity is they both give you a cardiovascular workout. Read more here:

Dear Moderator,

As you will see, PM wishes Seth, Shetso1, Foxy, Abby and myself banned.

This will mean that PM and his cohorts have the forum to themselves.

We have seen the most toxic comments from PM/Billy, Fleur, Micha and other assorted personalities.

What sort of forum will that be?

Seth, in particular has an important place on YLC forum, it would not be the same without him.  I know you will agree.

Just to set the record straight I have no right to request to have anyone banned and have not asked for anyone to be banned - that is not my call. I have requested that Ms Fallick deals with Pete in the way he should be dealt with - however she sees fit - and have asked for strong warnings to be issued to the others including yourself.

As for wanting the forum to ourselves and you mention myself, Fleur, Micha - well - to set your mind at rest, none of us have any interest whatever.  I have banned myself in effect and I know that Micha and Fleur and their respective spouses are so involved with new business ventures that they won't have time to "take over" the Meeting Place. What an idea!

The whole purpose of this exercise is that there exists a gang of bullies on this forum and Management are under an obligation to do something about it.

PM

People who promise to stop posting should just STOP POSTING.

and leave it to the BULLIES??
