Was quite amazed at this story.  How on earth can a woman forget her child floating on the water.

did see this radish,  amazed me to,     how could you not watch your child,  esp, on somewhere like a beach,

I can not believe how slack these  "Mothers"???? are there has been a fair bit of things like this of late.
