Who you gonna vote for in The Federal Election .

Who you gonna vote for in The Federal Election

The facts of life are no matter how much fun YLC has attacking a 72 year old with obviously early dementia or the colour of Abbotts shorts it will have no effect on the election .

Only two coalitions have a chance of forming govt . Lib and Nats or Labor and greens .

97 per cent of people will vote as they have always done and 3 per cent will decide the election.

Even this Three per cent will only have an effect in a marginal seat ..

To win Govt from a position of their biggest defeat ever Labor have to win 10 seats in Western Sydney . Which is the tradies vote and they are going to have a lot of money spent on them .

To solidify their vote which as they demonstrated both at the last election and again in the State election is now Liberal Territory .

Labor Knows this and Shorten is going to have to spend a lot of time in Sydney where he is not on home turf and very very unpopular ,

So IMO the next election is already decided , so you might as well use your mind space on Bronny it will make no difference ...

I think we have seen (in the last couple of years) the worst government, the worst Prime Minister and the worst Speaker in Australia's history as well as some of the most idiotic legislation against the most vulnerable people as well as the most lies ever uttered by a PM.

Every person who thinks rather than votes one way at every election should kick this mob so far that they will never recover.

Gerry you must have been a rip van winkle the Australian voters decided at the last federal election who wEre the worst government and Speaker ever.,,

Well said, Gerry..those mindless sheep who still have Abbott and his tribe of mindless minions up on a pedastal will still vote for him, no matter what idiocy he does.

Why do you call Seth the majority of Australians mindless sheep,.

Seth you still have mindless ones that voted Labor at the last election , and who voted for the MFEAU in Victorian Elections .

It will be very few who decide the next election , the tradies and contractors , Howard's Battlers , Hawkies aspirationals call them what you like . But I don't see any Of the New Labor policies that would attract them ...

I see Gerry in your own electorate of Dawson that LNP get 57.6 per cent of the vote I can't imagine the guys who work on the coal voting against their own interests so I guess your vote won't count,,,

As usual I will vote for the pollies

whom I consider at the time have the best policies to suit my needs.

One of the three per cent well done Abbs ,..

Be nice if we discussed those policies Abbs but I never get any takers . It's interesting that YLC saw fit to resurrect the discussion on Bronnie the day after the Labor conference and has offered no discussion on the Labor party policies agreed to since..,

Interesting Pete that you do not like to see the discussion re Bronwyn - because of your bias.

You only wish to discuss Labor party policy.

I find it more important to discuss what the present government is doing to wreck the economy and destroy this country with their lies and laying down to lobby groups.

Pity you are so biased that you cannot see the worst faults of this mob of children running the country. But I don't expect any different from a rusted on voter.

No I am with Abbs I would like to talk about policies but you don't care to join in.I don't care if you want to discuss Bronny..or you could join our discussion on "The Batchelor" both are irrelevant to the coming Federal election.,

pete. discussion on the bachelor ????

Is that a tv show or something ?

You lost me.

Yes Gerry it is , you should give it a go it's fun .. channell 10 7.30 Tuesday and Wednesday ...

Gerry we have a discussion going on The Batchelor if you would like to know more.,,

sorry pete, not interested in some bachelor tv show - I try and watch more intelligtent rubbish when I do watch tv and that is not often.

Have you ever watched AFL - tis better than soapy garbage.

No I live in Sydney, we don't consider sport a religion , and I find the bogan racist attitude not to my taste...

This is one time everyone should vote with their heads and not with their hearts...

As they did last time ..

Pete what are you going to do when tony and the till tippler disappear into obscurity, surely youré not going to worship another upstart Lib?

Depends on their policies , particularly the ones that effect me. As their are no Conservatives in the lower house that will reduce govt spending I tend to vote for those that I think will raise tax the least...

Pete,

Cannot see much worth voting for.

I might just go fishing on the day.

SD

Wish the present government would get out of Election Mode, why wonder what the Labour Parties future policies will be when with a year to go No knows what parlours state the Liberal party will leave it in with very little unsold infrastructure left by the time they finish. I do recall Tony Abbott refusing prior to the last election to discuss his policies and certainly their costings. So why should the Labor , Green or even Nationals be expected to discuss their policies a year before an Election?

They just did at their party conference ...well some nothing on age as they promised..

They are discussing on the here and now of what is known, when it actually comes to Election Mode they will be all be at Librrty to offer whatever, just comes down to making sensible decision by the Voters on who has been the worst, most secretive and vengeful Government we have ever had and the members of which seem to have no empathy with those they were elected to represent.

Actually I think Labor is on a suicide mission . Australians have never elected a left wing govt . Now the labor party have been taken over by the left it is no longer the party of Hawke  and Keating ... As we saw in the UK when the Labor party goes left it gets wiped out .,

Conservatism in action . UK wages are rising fast 2.9 per cent in the last quarter . Pushed by the Govt raising the minimum wage to 20 dollars an hour over the next four years .

This will cost 600,000 jobs but the economy is growing at such a rate that the UK attracts high immigration to fill jobs . The UK can cut unskilled immigration and still have high employment .  They have cut millions from the civil service and absorbed them into the private sector .  Oh that we had politicians here with guts ... Refugees are Dying in Calaise trying to get into the UK from France . Why? What's so wrong with France ... They know if they get to the UK they can't go onto welfare .

The number of firms with one to nine employees has gone up by 550,000 since 2011 showing how people are prepared to embark on a new business venture alone or with a small team. With entrepreneurs able to outsource work on a regular basis,  there’s often no need for a large team and with few to no regular staff to pay, profits can be good. Once businesses are off the ground, many entrepreneurs then leave their full-time jobs to pursue their own projects.

It is clear that microbusinesses are booming in the UK and with Government funding available, new companies look set to crop up for many years to come.

yea yea yea

what is a UK ? that another tv show ?

No it's a faraway Magic kingdom over the water , which unfortunately you need a passport to go to ...

Gerry the UK is a foreign country thousands of kms away, sort of Europe. Actually it used to be run by Europeans at various times. Romans, Danes, Angles, Saxons and Fench to name the most prominent. Quite a mix really so I assume the Welsh to a degree and the Scots are more true bloods than the rest but all come under the UK banner.

You sound like you're getting worried Pete. Don't know about the Western Suburbs (NSW) but I predict the Nats will lose Page and Richmond will retain Labor or go Green.

BTW, if BB is suffering early dementia as you say, don't you think that is all the more reason for her to go? Woe betide...she might forget who is a Lib and who is a Lab and stop being so biased. Your Tones won't like that!

I will vote depending on the preferences, I will most likey vote for independents -- depending on their preferences -- hate the preferencial voting !

Yeah me too plan B you can direct your preferences wherever you like ...

Plan B you do realise you don't have to follow the how to vote card . You can make your own decision . The how to vote card is an Australian invention . Wonder why?

I won't be voting for   the SHORTEN/UNION? /GREENS  party that  that would be the worst ,How could we vote for Shorten &CO    when Shorten took $40000  from the low paid cleaners to pay for his relection expences    and not put in on this history sheet in parliament  oh but he is labor and they don't think they can do wrong

Shorten has to reappear at the Royal Commission , more I don't remember from the member for Pratt..

Or should I say the Prat as a member ...

The polical divide in Australia is simple those who rely on a Givernment payment vote labor .. Those who want to be independent vote coalition .

As Australia is unique in the western. World of having over fifty boer cent in a give handout our destination is in the hands of the. Three. Per cent thinkers ..

Your second paragraph makes no sense whatsoever.  Sort of sounds a bit crazy....sorry Pete.

Your first paragraph is ridiculous!!!!! Do you really think that intelligent people would give any credence to this sort of absolute nonsense????

Sorry which part makes no sense , Australia is unique in the western world in having more people on the government teat . They will vote with their pocket .. I

What part of this makes sense?:

"As Australia is unique in the western. World of having over fifty boer cent in a give handout our destination is in the hands of the. Three. Per cent thinkers .."

Australia is unique in that it pays out welfare to the middle class . Not those that need it

Plan b touch on the subject all givt payments should be means tested ,,
