Would you care what this food critic said about food?

Larissa Dubecki is the self-confessed “world’s worst waitress” who has put down her apron and picked up a pen to become a food critic. Some of the things she says about the kitchens in which she has worked are quite disgusting, if not terrifying. But tell me, would you be interested in what this so-called critic has to say about the culinary arts? What training has she had to make these types of judgements? Obviously she knows what not to do, but would you give credence to someone who has openly said she was a terrible worker with a bad attitude?

Leon, I did read this yesterday --I do not doubt that some cooks / Chefs would do such things,  I know I would never order a steak as I can not stand it to be pink at all, not that I eat a lot of meat but when I do I like it cooked right through.   I have heard that if one complains about food or sends it back often it is spat on or such.

The golden rule if a frequent restaurant goer, don't be rude, don't complain, be kind to the waitress and compliment the chef, 'cause they can do terrible things to your food, and that's a fact.

This woman is telling the truth, so many cases have been brought against restaurants for their filthy habits and you're not even safe in an upmarket one. Wasn't going to say this, and hope people will excuse, but some of the extreme cases found were semen in food and drink. Sorry folks but that's the truth.

In that case a dose of the following would be ex gratia.

Herpes simplex gonorrhoea syphilis chlamydia HIV hepatitis A hepatitis B hepatitis C

Ray it would not surprise me at all
