Gerard Baden-Clay sentence downgraded
It was a shock when his sentence was downgraded to manslaughter but it's going to be tough to get the original sentence to stand because the appeal court unanimously agreed that he didn't intentionally plan to murder his wife. The ruling hinged on intent and will be tough to overturn.
But if our legal system upholds the court's decision, there will be hell to pay so they better make the right one.

Western justice systems have lost all touch with the qualities of justice, fairness, community expectations etc. Lawyers, judges and other officials now concern themselves only with the LAW and have no concern for the ramifications of their decisions. The community MUST SPEAK OUT and show them the way.
