Hi I have used Mondial insurance several times travelling with my 83 year old mother. The only claim we have needed to lodge is for her wheelchair Singapore airlines broke it. But if we needed to make a medical claim. I have read the fine print tonight when I was going to purchase more insurance and found that they have a $5,000 excess for her age so if anyone has any genuine 80+ travel insurance please let me know.
