A miracle for "Restless Legs"

Try it and see for yourselves.

Small yellow tin with 50 "Rescue Pastilles"

One before going to bed.

Camphor works some, but the Pastilles are beyond good for many.

I bought them from Priceline. $10 seems dear for the small tin, BUT worth a lot more when it works :)

We do not need Qld. weather here today, as "The Valley" in Vic. is perfect today :)

Glad they are helping you Phyl :)

And thanks for letting others know about it and $10 is a good price.

Some more info :

RESCUE® Remedy has been traditionally used to relieve feelings of anxiety, nervous tension, stress or agitation and provide a sense of focus and calm. The remedy was originally created by Dr Bach to help deal with emergencies and crises and get you through stressful situations such as last minute exam or interview nerves, or following an accident or bad news.

Ingredients:
Impatiens:A fast acting ingredient for lowering stress levels and calming impatience.

Star of Bethlehem: For past (long and short term) trauma and shock.

Cherry Plum: For when you are feeling out of control, for encouragement and sense of self.

Rock Rose: For situations in which one experiences panic or terror.

Clematis: To bring one around to the present moment, to help ground an individual.

Wonder if they would help me sleep better at night.

$10 is not much to find out ? ..... the ingredients do not seem harmful.

$10 is a small price to pay if they help Phyl.   I suffer anxiety from time to time and will get some for those nights when I dont sleep.

I HAVE SUFFERED WITH RESTLESS LEGS FOR YEARS,   HAVE NOT HEARD OF THIS BEFORE,    WILL TRY IT,   ANYTHING IS WORTH A GO, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT,

Catsahoy, if this doesn‘t help you could discuss with your doctor about the use of the betablocker propranol or inderal. If your symptoms are severe, frequent and affect your quality of life, a small daily dose might help if there are no other health issues that would prevent a trial. A quite high percentage respond to this drug though there is again a percentage that don‘t. I was told by a hospital doctor 8 years ago I was taking the wrong drug, cogentin, prescribed by my regular doctor, for akathisia, and that the correct drug was propranol and she was right. Its also prescribed for restless legs and tremors from the sideeffects of parkinson meds.

The strange thing was I was first put on it for fast heartbeat in emergency, stayed on it for three months and told the specialist my awful frequent migraines had cleared up and learned it was a migraine prevention drug as well!

Ever since I‘ve been on two a day and three if I need it for heartbeat regulation, blood pressure, migraine prevention, and it prevents akathisia which is ‘restless body‘ which I used to get as a horrible side effect of some meds and cogentin never worked. And I used to suffer from weekly horrible migraines. Don‘t get any of that anymore.

I use Magnesium Forte 400 I take 1 night and morning I also rub my legs with Flexall Cream these aren't cheap but they do work for me,In Victoria you may have to order Flexall  cream because I couldn't buy it over there

I think bookie is right see your doctor before self medicating ..first it will be cheaper and second you will be taking medication that have been through lengthy trials...

Research seems to indicate that sex is beneficial in the treatment of Restless Leg Syndrome....the release of orgasm-related dopamine and opioid may play a role in the relief of RLS symptoms.

Think Cats is trying the remedy with Mustuffa ...

Seggie. Rescue Sleep spray is good. Keep it in the bed (sorry, George) and if you wake up during the night or early morning, about 4 sprays on the tongue usualy works. You won't think it will but it helps me.  At least you can try as there are no nasties in it.

I looked up the symptons for restless legs and found I have experienced similar pain. Never knew there was a name for it. If its really bad I have to get up a stand for a bit till it goes away. Always happens at night disturbing my sleep. thught it was a circulation thing.
