Chloe McCardel, 29 What a star.

Ever been attacked by ONE Jelly Fish folks?

The pain is excruciating......Chloe had SO many, and in pain beyond most of us could bear.

What an achiever to keep going. Cheers from me.

I was not aware of this Phyl so had to look it up.

I have been stung by box jellyfish so know how painful they are. Thanks for posting this - I have learnt something new :)

NASSAU, Bahamas — Dehydrated and exhausted, Australian swimmer Chloe McCardel successfully completed a 78-mile (126-kilometer) swim Wednesday between two islands in the Bahamas.

Wonderful achievement Phyl, we've been following Chloe's career since she won the Manhattan Island Marathon in 2010. We were in America at the time and I have to tell you we showed off shamelessly that an Aussie did so well! Great example for other young people. You and that fire eating dragon have a great weekend. We're off tomorrow to Rottnest Island for three days to celebrate a birthday with some old mates. Cheers for now.
