do you have?

Do you have nightmares? Sleepwalking? I still suffer from them. I've been known for years, to sleepwalk. Not to the fridge - that would probably be a blessing. I go out - in the middle of a nightmare. I guess it all comes from being in a theatre, where a bloke came in with an axe - or maybe at the Sydney Tivoli theatre where a sort of fire trick went wrong. Thank goodness I live in a quiet area.

You are very lucky that you don't live in a dangerous area Bev--wouldn't want to do it in many places--and just as well you don't sleep in your Birthday suit ???

Haven't been to Sydney for a great many years now, but I think that the Police central area is there now. Hey, sometimes when it's very hot, I do - do the birthday suit number! Just one of the joys of living alone - no-one to point and laugh!!

no-one to point and laugh!! ---I can relate to that lol

However maybe your kind helper--might point ?

Same as sleeping with a window open on the hot nights - who really wants to approach a beached whale!

If my kind helper means the dog - she's happy with whatever I do - as long as I feed her. The neighbours are good people.

It was more the neighbor that guided you back I was thinking about

Very interesting topic. Phyl, my wife had a similar experience with me as you did with Peter but it was the reaction to trial medication I was on at the time - I tried to climb out the window in the wee small hours. To this day she still sleeps on the side of the bed nearest the window. lol

Hughie

Good on Betty Hughie. You are worth it all as Peter thinks I am and sometimes me him.

I think my mind never shuts down.

Do you dream in colour? does everyone dream in colour? I know some do not but probably most do. I would never sleep with unlocked doors or no clothing as I could end up "up the street" :)

I am glad that is one problem I don't have to deal with.

The furtherest I go sleepwalking is my fridge***

i'm glad i don't have nightmares or sleepwalk but one night a few years ago my late husband woke me grabbing handfuls of my tummy, later on he told me he was dreaming about cracking nuts with his hands,i could laugh about after but at the time it was bloody painful.

You poor thing Wendy. Similar to my husband jumping up in bed fighting to save his life and I was the one in his way.

Scary....

Yes I dream in colour---I used to have very blood and guts dreams--but at the time I was under a lot of stress looking after my dear Mother--with Alzheimers--and I was told it was suppressed frustration --I don't have those dreams anymore
