Seggie. Thanks so much, Sandi and Phyl., here's half my Sandi hug. Mmmmmmmm. Don't we all hope next year is much better for everyone. I may get more serious next year but for the time being, peace to all and don't we all need that. A healthy happy Christmas and New Year.

We have been for the most perfect walk on a perfect Sunday arvo.

A lady gave me a bunch of beautiful roses just because I admired her lovely garden.

Seggie again. Phyl., I guess I only gave you half of my hug. Thinking back, you can now have 3/4 of it. I'll manage with 1/4. I promise not to eat too much Christmas pud. nor too many chocolates. Diet next year? Maybe. No willpower these days, darn. Hand me the next size in clothes, thanks.

Just keep within 2000 calories a day my friend and you will go down dress sizes - true.
