Raspberry Bliss Ice Cream

 

Raspberry Bliss Ice Cream

2 large frozen bananas*Peel prior to freezing

1/2 heaped cup of frozen raspberries

 2 generous tablespoons macadamias

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 tablespoon goji berries

1 tablespoon cacao nibs or roughly chopped dark chocolate – optional

Place the first four ingredients into your  food processor in the order listed above, blend until combined and forming an ice cream consistency. Add the goji berries and cacao nibs if using, mix lightly.

Tuck in!

SO healthy and easy thanks Sandi.

We bought a "Yonas" machine a while back from TVSN so will make Raspberry Bliss Ice Cream today as the only ingredient I do not have is the goji berries but will improvise :)

Yes, I will make this one too Phyl, but after we use some of the ice cream up that I already have in the freezer.  My freezer(s) 2 uprights are full plus Jenny's one that's the other kind (memory lapse and can't think of what the others are called.)

I wish I had either another freezer or a much bigger one.

Was thinking that with some milk added it would make a good milkshake too.


PS  Could use other berries too for different taste.  I have just frozen 4 punnets of strawberries  $ 1.25 ea.

We have just had a second small dish of Raspberry Bliss Sandi. 

The only two things I changed was the Goji berries and Macadamia nuts because I had unsalted cashews but it was absolutely delicious.

Great recipe Sandi absolutely something my daughter will try and very healthy.

I made this today Sandi using Morello cherries instead of raspberries. Everyone loved it except one granddaughter who doesn't like bananas. I was surprised with how very much like ice-cream it is.

Thank you very much for that recipe Sandi.  I will make this when I have some friends around one of whom watches her diet.  I think this would be OK.
