Rental accommodation needed

Hi there
I am a 72 year old single male pensioner and I am looking for rental accommodation. Preferably coastal area along NSW.I have been looking at Caravan parks for permanent residents. I would consider sharing House, unit ,villa etc.I would appreciate any help or ideas.
I love cooking and going fishing. Love good music - Light classical (Andre Rieu type). Maybe a lady with similar ideas looking companionship and also to ease the financial burden of the pension life. You can e- mail me at "ferritz@optusnet.net.au"

Well James as it stands. Married couples are a bit behind the 8 ball so maybe many will separate (go on dates now that could be fun) and live as flatmates with another and all get the single pension. Should be many ready to share accommodation soon. You could be lucky :)

........

Suppose Age pensioners can say thank you Mr. Rudd bringing the rise forward to July rather than September - now that has to be a good move.

It seems to me $5 per senior of a couple is very poor to be honest per week. I wonder did our Prime Minister just make an error and it should have been minimum of $30 for a single and $30 divided between two per week????? Even this is not actually fair as we did all pay tax as singles and it would never happen to the Pollies now would it? they would not be paid as part of a couple or have to wait.

Hi Phyl, A little off thread, but we will forgive you, because you are getting on!! Seriously, Have I missed something important? Was it one of your funnies, or has KRudd actually brought forward the pension rise to July?

If you stay behind the door you miss all the excitement Mr Innes.

Keep up!!!!!!

Hi James - there's nothing here, along the Coff's coast. Maybe if you had about $80,000, you could buy into the local caravan park, for a fairly small, almost permanent place, with a rent of about $120 per week.
