Not sure about all this but, we are on a fairly good setup more by good luck than good planning. We arrived in this country town back in Feb 1999 fo 2 nights. At age 59 I was lucky enough to jag a job out at the local Salt Mine. We are still in the Caravan Pk and paying a paltry $270.00 / Fortnight, plus about $40.00 Fortnight for power and $6.40 Fortnight for water. As I said it was all dew to Good Luck, more than good planning, and on a good fortnihgt we can save $300 to$400 per fortnight and want for nothing. So for any readers planning on retirement in the next 10 or so years, have a good hard look at Caravan Pks.
OK, that's my tip for today.

So it looks like I will be getting 90 cents per week increase in Rent Allowance and I have just received a letter notifying me that my rent will increase by $10.00 pw from 1st May. Definitely going backwards.
