Bejeezus !!!! My bucket list DEFINITELY includes NOT looking at photos like this again :( Just had a 'touch of the vapours' looking at them and fainted away :) *Phew. I'll stick to watching State Of Origin rugby league on TV - from a safe distance...... at least 4m from the screen ;)

You have to love young whipper snappers.
The only one of these suicide photos I can even get remotely close to is the skiing one but the closest I can get to that is a 2 metre vertical drop, not 30 metres. Ouch!
I take my hat off to the younger generation. Next life....maybe.

Yes agree :) Always was/have been a big fan of risk taking - if you survived your (stupid) daring-do you had a greattttt feeling and appreciation of being alive. A life-time of getting through my pannikin list has left me pretty smug, satisfied and (relatively) in one piece ;) Lost a bit of the warranty in one leg but a small price to pay for a adventure filled life. The next one ? Who knows ? But willing to give it a try :D

I'm a late bloomer.....although I wish I had less regard for my own safety some days as it slows me down. Nothing surer than a mishap if you are not in the right mindset.
The body may not be willing but the mind is going well.
In the end better to get into it than sit in a wheelchair moaning about pains and wishing you were dead.

Absolutely and if the mind is 'watching your six' then you have every chance of getting through. Keep on enjoying - who the hell wants to die of boredom, hey ;)

p.s. the real danger is if you choose to marry (second time around) a, relatively, much younger person then it does take a toll ;) HOWEVER, have found it well and truly worth it as, amongst other benefits, it has prolonged my willingness to take those 'risks' we are talking about :)

p.s. it IS a good feeling knowing that, at least, you DID 'give it a go', hey ?
