The new program isn’t cutting the mustard with customers, who have complained that they have to spend more to get more and as a result, Woolworths will today announce a change to the program.

Under the Woolworths Rewards program, customers earn Woolworths Dollars on certain products and when $10 is earned, it’s automatically deducted from your next shop. In an addition to the program, Woolworths will now offer an option to exchange the 10 Woolworths Dollars for 870 Qantas Frequent Flyer points.

Full details of the scheme have yet to be released, so watch this space.
