Light and right, this Berry Delicious Brekky is the perfect way to start your day. Make the berry-yoghurt combo the night before, add to your favourite muesli the next morning and you have a meal in a minute.
150g fresh or frozen berries
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon icing sugar
150g vanilla yoghurt
Muesli of your choice
Combine half the berries, orange juice and sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the berries soften. Set aside to cool then add remaining berries.
Spoon the yoghurt into a dish and top with the berries in syrup. Chill until required, then add to your favourite muesli.
