With fresh berries, yoghurt and walnuts, we can see why our Ambrosia is food of the gods.

Ambrosia may once have been a food reserved for the gods, but with fresh berries, yoghurt and walnuts, we mere mortals can also be lucky enough to enjoy this dish.

Serve: Two

Time: 10 minutes


  • 250ml vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • 4 marshmallows, chopped


In a bowl, add the yoghurt. Slice the banana and add to the yoghurt along with the berries. Add the chopped nuts and the marshmallows, stirring until well combined. Scoop the mixture into individual bowls and serve.
