The perfect mix of naughty and nice this dessert trifle has fruit for a healthier after dinner treat.

Banana and Raspberry Trifle

What’s better than dessert? Dessert you don’t have to cook. Whip up this yummy no-cook Banana and Raspberry Trifle.

Serves: 2
Time: 15 minutes


  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 meringue nest, smashed into pieces
  • 150ml thickened cream
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar


Thaw the raspberries by placing in a bowl and setting aside.

Beat the thickened cream and sugar in a bowl using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.

In two glasses, layer the banana, whipped cream, raspberries and meringue in a trifle like fashion.

Serve and enjoy!
