Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts
1 tablespoon butter
a pinch of tarragon
a pinch of salt
a pinch of paprika
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chives
Method
1. Mix tarragon, chives, parsley, salt and paprika with the butter and spread over chicken pieces underneath skin.
2. Place chicken on foil-covered grill and cook for 25 minutes until golden brown, basting with butter mixture occasionally.
Serve on top of rice or with mixed steamed greens.
