Do you have better things to do than spend hours in the kitchen cooking dinner? This delicious chicken and sage bake takes only minutes to prepare.
- 8 chicken thigh fillets
- 1 kg pumpkin, cut into wedges
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 16 sage leaves
- 16 slices prosciutto
Preheat oven to 220°C. Place chicken, pumpkin, onion and garlic in an oiled baking dish. Drizzle with the olive oil and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle over half the sage leaves, then place prosciutto on top. Bake for a further 15 minutes, scatter with the remaining sage leaves and serve with a green salad.
