2 cups milk
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1 green apple – peeled, sliced and core removed. Keep in water with a dash of lemon juice
8 slices of cooked bacon, strawberry jam, syrup
Granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to dust
Mix the white flour, salt, and vanilla sugar, then whisk the eggs.
Next, make a hole in the flour mixture and pour in the eggs and a splash of milk and stir.
Slowly add more milk until consistency is to your liking.
Before you start frying the pancakes, melt the butter in the microwave and whisk most of it through the batter.
Add the remaining butter to the pan and heat, then fry off some of the apple slices and bacon.
Add enough batter to the pan to take up the entire surface. The pancake should be very thin as opposed to a typical fluffy American pancake.
Top with powdered sugar and sprinkle with ground cinnamon, or why not try strawberry jam
