Is there a reason that this recipe for one person requires fettuccine for two people?

Er ... pine nuts or pumpkin seeds? One's in the list of ingredients, the other in the method.

This is not a good recipe . Quantities of pine nuts, peas and olive oil are way too much for one serve. What exactly does it mean when it specifies fettucini for two people?
