Ingredients
- 150g frozen raspberries
- 100g natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- Ice
- Honey, to serve
- Fresh berries, to serve
Method
In a food processor, combine the frozen raspberries, milk and yoghurt and process until thick and smooth.
Crush ice if desired and divide between two tall glasses. Pour mixture over ice into glasses. Top with fresh berries and drizzle honey over to serve.
My raspberry smoothie consists of frozen raspberries, milk either cows or almond, vanilla essence, yoghurt and one egg. I just blend it all and serve myself a yummy healthy breakfast. Adding one banana works well too.
I usually just have a banana does me, with cinnamon aded of course.
