Five-Minute Nachos

Our Five-Minute Nachos are the perfect answer to any dinner woes when you are too exhausted to cook. Quick and healthy, Nachos make for a fun-filled meal. 

Serves: One

Time: Five minutes 


  • 30g tortilla chips
  • 1/3 cup refried beans
  • 30g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon black olives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon avocado, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon diced tomato


Place tortilla chips on a microwave-safe plate, spread refried beans over the chips and top with cheddar cheese. Microwave on high for one minute until cheese is melted and beans are warm. Top chips with olives, avocado, and tomato and serve warm.
