Ingredients Serves 2
1/2 mango - peeled and diced
1/3 red capsicum chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 tablespoon chopped mint
2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt to taste

Method
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, and serve spooned over grilled fish

    Thank you for the recipe. I will pass it on to Warung Gembala where they prepare Mahi Mahi also known as Dolphin fish; delicious thick flesh steaks that makes you want to come back again. I am only a customer but this is now a daily routine and it is not expensive.your recipe sounds great.
