Combining avocado, ham, mushrooms and Brie these morning melts only take 20-minutes to make and are an indulgent breakfast or snack.
Time: 20 mins
- 2 large pieces Turkish bread
- 200g ham off the bone, sliced
- 1/2 an avocado
- 100g mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 125g Brie, sliced
- Rocket to garnish
Cut both pieces of Turkish bread in half horizontally.
Use a grill to cook on both sides or a toaster if preferred. Remove from grill and on the top side (cut side) spread with avocado. Place slices of ham on top of avocado followed by mushrooms and Brie.
Place back under the grill until the Brie melts, approximately two minutes.
Garnish with rocket and serve immediately.
