Time: One hour and 10 minutes
- 1kg lean minced beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 brown onions, diced
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon hot English mustard
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix to combine well. Once you have a nice consistently, shape the mixture into a mound on a baking tray and cook for one hour.
