The mustard and gravy marinade gives these beef kebabs a tasty lift.
You know the warmer weather is on its way when we share recipes for the grill.
- 165g packet gravy, made as per instructions
- 400g beef, cubed
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion, cut into 2cm cubes
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Mix together the gravy and mustard as a marinade.
Thread the meat, tomatoes and onion onto skewers and brush with the marinade. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Grill, fry or barbeque until the meat is cooked.
