Pan-Fried Bananas

If you’re a little bit peckish after dinner, our Pan-Fried Bananas are a great option for supper. They are delicious, cheap and easy to make, and best of all, the ingredients are likely to be your pantry.

Serves: Two

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil

Method

Over medium heat, heat a pan with olive oil. Turn down heat to low and add the sliced bananas.  Fry bananas on one side for two minutes and flip. Once fried, place bananas in a bowl and mix the water and honey. Add the water and honey mix to sliced bananas.
