One bottle red wine (the good thing about Sangria is that the wine doesn’t have to be expensive)
500ml lemonade (the cloudy variety gives a nice sharpness to the drink)
Handful of fresh mint
1 apple, orange and lemon, sliced
Simply pour everything into a large jug and then serve over ice, with a bowl of Spanish olives on the side.
