An easy dish for dinner if you don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Serve it with pasta or spaghetti.
Ingredients
- 1 425g can tuna
- 2 apples, grated
- 2 onions, grated
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 dessertspoon sugar
- 1 dessertspoon curry powder
- 1 410g can mushrooms
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato relish
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Salt and pepper
Method
Melt butter in a frypan, fry apple and onion for one minute.
Stir in flour, sugar, curry powder and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for two minutes.
Add stock and stir until the mixture boils.
Stir through the tuna, relish and raisins and cook until heated through.
