No time? No worries! Try these simple, tasty and healthy wraps. If you want to add some extra flavour, try mixing up the dip you use with one of your favourites.
Time: 10 minutes
- 150g (1/2 cup) cheese and chives dip
- 2 slices wholemeal mountain bread
- 1 carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
- 60g (1 cup) alfalfa and broccoli sprouts
- 1 tomato
Spread cheese and chives dip over bread.
Sprinkle carrot, alfalfa and broccoli sprouts, and add sliced tomato.
Starting from one narrow end, roll up firmly to form a log.
Cut each roll crossways into four portions and serve.
