If you’re needing an energy boost, why not whizz up a healthy smoothie for breakfast, lunch or even as a healthy dessert?
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 Zespri Gold kiwifruit, washed, unpeeled and chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy protein powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high for 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
