Zespri Potassium Power Smoothie

If you’re needing an energy boost, why not whizz up a healthy smoothie for breakfast, lunch or even as a healthy dessert?


Serves two

  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 Zespri Gold kiwifruit, washed, unpeeled and chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons soy protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey


Blend all ingredients in a blender on high for 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.

    No thank you re the soy 'milk'..... Soy 'milk' is adverse to the thyroid gland which controls metabolism and every function in our bodies.....
