Many of us have fond memories of enjoying a sweet biscuit with a cup of tea or coffee, a simple pleasure that never quite fades. For those who appreciate a little indulgence, the arrival of something new and delicious can be delightful.
And if you’re a fan of Australia’s iconic Tim Tam biscuits, you’re in for a real treat. Arnott’s, the masterminds behind the beloved chocolate-coated biscuit, has just announced a new flavour that’s bound to become a new favourite.

Tim Tam Strawberries & Cream, a delightful new addition to the Tim Tam family, will hit the shelves in the coming weeks. Full distribution is expected by the end of the month.
Imagine biting into the classic Tim Tam biscuit you know and love, but this time, it’s enrobed in luscious white chocolate and filled with a sweet strawberry cream centre. It’s a fruity twist on decadence that white chocolate aficionados and berry lovers won’t resist.
‘We are confident from the moment Aussies take their first bite, this flavour combination is sure to be the ultimate crowd pleaser,’ Rebecca Chan, senior marketing manager at Arnott’s, said.
Creating new Tim Tam flavours is a meticulous process that involves the innovative minds of Arnott’s Research and Development team.
These specialists are dedicated to testing and exploring new flavour combinations, ensuring that each new product meets the high standards of Tim Tam lovers across the country.
The Tim Tam Strawberries & Cream will be available nationwide at Coles supermarkets from late April and retail at $6.00 per pack.
While this price point is a bit higher than the current half-price promotion of $3.00 per pack for other Tim Tam varieties at Coles, fans of the biscuit will likely find the unique experience worth the extra cost.
And who knows, a similar promotion will grace the Strawberries & Cream flavour in the future.
Tim Tam has been on a roll with exciting new flavours in recent years, with some becoming so popular that they’ve been added to the regular lineup.
A recent survey revealed a fondness for Tim Tam Chewy Caramel, with one praising the ‘added texture’ that complements the original flavour.
Another said he loves Tim Tam White Chocolate’ [until] I die—delicious, milky’.
One shared that he enjoyed the Tim Tam Salted Caramel, admitting they dislike the original biscuit but are fond of this flavour because you ‘need the salt to cut through the sweetness’.
With a range that includes Dark Choc, Dark Choc Mint, and Cafe Latte, it’s no surprise that Australians purchase over 955,000 packs of Tim Tam biscuits on average each week.
