I recently bought a hose with fittings to attach. When I got it home I had a great time trying to attach the nozzle and other attachments. After a while I got everything together and attached it to the tap so I could water the garden. When I turned the tap on the damn thing started squirting out from all parts of the nozzle and tap fixture. I got soaking wet and thought I had put the parts on the wrong way. I dismantled it all again and reversed everything and turned on the tap again, yep, you guessed, it sprayed all over me again. Lucky it was a hot day. So much for doing handyman jobs. I had to go out again today to buy a better quality hose with attachments already fitted. Hears hoping it will work this time.

Just an update on the hose, I bought a more expensive hose with the attachments already fitted. Got it home and it worked like a dream. The moral of this story is, "Don't buy cheap because you'll end up with crap".
