Accessing support services and providing information online is a time saving way to deal with large organisations. The Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) is the latest Government agency to make the move online.
Through MyAccount.dva.gov.au veterans can now update contact details, find out about their payments, book transport and download useful factsheets and popular forms. For those new to the site, or indeed the internet, there’s a comprehensive video on what you can do on site as well as one on how to register.
If you’re interested in using MyAccount.dva.gov.au, you first need to set up an account by phoning 1800 173 858. MyAccount is optional and veterans can still contact the DVA by phone, email, fax , mail and in person.
