Despite common depictions in the mainstream media, most retirees are not used to being stuck at home all the time.

That is all set to change as we adapt to self-isolation, shutdowns and lockdowns in the coming weeks.

So what are you going to do with all that extra time at home?

Learn a new language

Keep your brain active

    Do not let yourself be brainwashed more with TV propaganda or you will become a zombie.
    On line courses are too expensive and waste of time. No one after 60 yrs of age will get a job now in this situation.
    Do not update your smartphone with the latest 5G apps that contain listening and spying devices. 5G towers are, in fact, the silent killers. Keep your phone as far away from you as possible, so long you can hear it ring.
    Reading books, walking, meditations, catching up with family and exercise are definitely good for you.
    Organize your house getting rid of unwanted, unnecessary items will keep you busy.
    Take more vitamins.
