How to … make eight simple face masks

Why spend a small fortune on a face mask when you can effortlessly make your own?

Beauty products can cost a small fortune, so why waste money when you don’t need to? Here are eight simple face masks that you can whip up in your kitchen, with ingredients from the pantry or fridge – it couldn’t be simpler!

For each of the following face masks: mix the ingredients well, apply to your face and neck, avoiding the eye area, leave on for 10–15 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly. Voilà!

To refresh skin before bed:
One tomato and two tablespoons of milk.

To tone skin:
Two teaspoons of coffee and two teaspoons of honey.

To deep cleanse pores:
Two tablespoons of yoghurt and one tablespoon of oats.

Anti-ageing:
One egg and one teaspoon of aloe vera juice.

Anti-spot:
One egg white and one teaspoon of lemon juice.

For radiant skin:
Two tablespoons of yoghurt and two teaspoons of lemon juice.

For greasy skin:
One teaspoon of ground turmeric and two tablespoons of aloe vera juice.

For flawless skin:
One tablespoon lemon juice and two teaspoons of honey.

    I havent heard of any face mask that works. Most people my age look at least 20 years older than me
