Joyce also suggests standing with one leg crossed over the other and gently bending forward to stretch the sciatic nerve. Remember to swap over and do the other leg.

    Very good exercise even an oldie like I can do most of it (forget the bouncer :-) ) Does anyone know how to copy this to my DVD. I would like to watch it and join in on my large TV screen.

    If you click on the title it will take you to the original YouTube site. There you can copy the original address line:

    and copy that into the free YouTube to DVD converter found at http://dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-YouTube-to-DVD-Converter.htm (or download from CNET) - then you can burn your own DVD of the exercises. Enjoy.
