Podcast: Centrelink boss reveals new services coming online in 2022

Podcast host John Deeks speaks with Services Australia general manager Hank Jongen about a whirlwind 2021 dominated by COVID disaster payments and vaccination requirements, then reveals the new services that will be available in 2022. Two new services for aged pensioners have been implemented and one face-to-face service will be rolled out during 2022.
