NBN broadband or fraudband?

If you’re one of the 7 million premises expecting super fast NBN broadband by the end of the year, then you could be waiting much longer. A completion date of the end of 2016 was a promise made by Malcolm Turnbull three years ago, when he was opposition communications spokesman.

While most of us have accepted that the revised completion date of 2020 for the NBN, this hasn’t stopped Labor reminding people about the Government’s broken promise. “No wonder Australians are fed up with all the deceit of Malcolm Turnbull’s fraudband,” Labor’s communications spokeswoman Michelle Rowland said Monday

“They are simply not getting what they paid for.”

    NBN for most who have it to the home is rubbish and not much faster than ADSL2+ and sometimes more expensive! Successive govts. have totally stuffed up our fast internet, it’s a far off dream.
